2.1 Strictly necessary

These make the site work and cannot be switched off in our systems. They handle security, load balancing, and remembering choices you make within a session — for example the contents of your cart or your light/dark theme preference. They do not track you for advertising.

2.2 Analytics and performance

These help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

  • Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) — counts visits, measures which pages are read, and shows how people arrive at the site. Typically retained up to 24 months.
  • Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk, CLID) — records anonymised session replays and heatmaps showing where visitors click and scroll. Form input is masked automatically. Typically retained up to 12 months.

2.3 Advertising and remarketing

We submit our catalogue to Google Shopping and may run advertising campaigns. Where advertising is active, Google may set cookies to measure conversions and to show relevant ads. These cookies are set by Google, and you can manage them through Google My Ad Center.

2.4 Functional and hosting

Our platform provider, Wix, sets cookies required to serve pages, keep sessions consistent, and protect against abuse.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties rather than by us. We do not control these cookies, and their use is governed by the provider's own policy:

Embedded content — such as a video, map, or social media post — may also set its own cookies when it loads.

4. How to Control Cookies

  • Browser settings: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. See the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
  • Google Analytics opt-out: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Do Not Track: there is still no agreed industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, so our site does not currently respond to them.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site, including the cart and checkout. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies will not affect your ability to browse or buy.

5. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when we add or remove a tool that sets cookies. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
