How to choose a jewelry gift
Start with what she already wears. If she lives in gold, choose yellow gold; if she prefers a cooler look, choose white gold or platinum. A piece in her usual metal is easy to wear from the first day.
Some gifts need no measurements. Studs, hoops and pendants do not depend on a size, which makes them the simplest to get right as a surprise. A bracelet needs a wrist measurement, and a ring needs a ring size.
If the gift is for a particular date, tell us early and we will confirm what is possible. Our exchange policy, explained below, covers a change of mind.

- Are the diamonds lab-grown?
- Yes. Every diamond in our ready-to-wear collection is lab-grown, and every diamond comes with an IGI or GIA grading report. Natural diamonds are available on request for custom designs.
- Do you have a return policy?
- We offer a 15-day exchange policy. You can exchange a piece for another of equal or greater value within 15 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, in its original packaging with the security tags attached, and comes with its paperwork and grading report. Custom designs, engraved items and pierced earrings cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty. Our returns and exchanges policy has the full details.
- Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
- Yes. Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If we confirm a covered defect, we repair the piece at no charge, and we replace a lost side stone free of charge in the first year. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse, and it is not insurance. The full terms are on our warranty page.
